Mr. Joash S. Aminga is a career Information Science practitioner pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Sciences with Kisii University. He is an Accredited Knowledge Management Consultant with Knowledge Associates and a Member of the Board of Directors, the African Library Project (ALP).
Mr. Aminga has several years of working experience with different Institutions/Organizations. He has been an active Member of the Association since inception; His research interests include effective resource sharing; Knowledge Management;, access/use of e-resources and, creating platforms for addressing organized information. He is currently serving as a Deputy Director, Library Services with the Office of the Deputy President.

HELLEN OPIYO

Ms. Helen Opiyo is a career librarian, having worked in the Civil Service for 30 years and an active promoter of environment and climate change.
Ms. Opiyo is an active member of the association since it's inception to date. She is currently serving as an Assistant Director, State Department for Correctional Services in the Ministry of Interior and National Administration.
As a leader, Ms. Opiyo is an astute leader with a passion for good leadership that has propelled her into different positions. She has also played a big role in the success and creation of libraries within the Civil Service.

ZUWENA CHEBET

Zuwena Chebet is an experienced and specialized technical librarian with over 15 years of experience in information management, information technology, and the aviation industry. She is known for her expertise in research assistance, selective dissemination of information, collection development, and technology-driven solutions. Notably, she played a key role in establishing the Aviation Technical Library. She is recognized as a champion in coaching/mentoring and training.
JOSPHAT NDAMBUKI

An accomplished and results-driven Information Professional with a distinguished career in knowledge and records management within Kenya's government sector. He serves as a Librarian in the Office of the Deputy President of Kenya, where he plays a pivotal role in organizing, preserving, and providing access to critical government information that supports high-level decision-making and policy formulation. Recognized for his professional standing and commitment to the advancement of the library profession, he currently holds a co-opted membership on the Committee of the Association of Government Librarians, where he actively contributes to shaping standards, policies, and best practices in information management across Kenya's public sector.
